Freedom Foundation are looking for facilitators who have experience of working with children and young people in schools, alternative provisions or community settings.

You must be enthusiastic and passionate about the creative arts, with a strong background in dance, especially hip hop and street dance.

Do you have other creative skills or experience that you feel can support and inspire young people?

You will receive thorough training, guidance and support to understand our programmes, and in return we need you to be adaptable, approachable and most importantly awesome!

Pay: £12 per hour for Assistant Facilitators, up to £25 per hour for Lead Facilitators
